Sample 1-failure.

I decided to try paper lamination for one of my pictures that I wanted in my journal. A step learning curve- I used an ink jet image and all the colour disappeared. It's ok if you want a very distressed image I suppose. Sample 2 is 'cooking' as I type. This time I have used a piece of wrapping paper. Ill let you know how it turns out.

It may not be what you wanted, but it's gorgeous! I love this aged look Sharne x

I really love the look as well. I mostly use inkjet images but don't expect them to be complete. Perhaps you should try to get more of the medium on so that it really adheres to all the paper.

I have been reading about paper lamination on Cath Stonard's blog and I'm going to have a go when I get the time. I quite like the aged and distressed look.
