When I was at the FOQ, I bought these big beads with an idea of using them to make feet for my vessel, it took a few attempts to get them placed correctly, but I think it has worked.
With the metal strip around the top it now holds it's shape much better, the beads on the ends are the ones I detoured to Rainbowsilks for as the other ones I had bought at John Lewis would not fit on the metal strip.
I have sewn the 'shisha mirrors' on two sides, so the end is now in sight, hopefully Monday.
I am out tonight for drinks at a friends house and tomorrow I am driving to Norwich to visit my Great Aunt for belated birthday celebrations- she was 103 on Wednesday!!!

I have been busy on my RRC too, but now feel I need to add something more exciting.
I'm hoping to get to Braintree and Hyde Hall on Monday. Maldon will have to wait awhile; hopefully I'll be able to get there after college one Thursday - can't wait to see it all!
It's gorgeous - the metal and beads work really well!
it is looking fabulous
